WE ARE NICHOLLS...
Our story starts in 1925. It might come as a surprise, but we were established to sell animal feed, pots and pans to local farmers who passed through the market town of Crickhowell. This gradually turned into hardware and eventually evolved into the magical department store we are today.
And today, behind our irresistible shop windows and under our Georgian roofs, lies something special. Precious treasure troves full of carefully and creatively curated clothing, accessories and homewares for local country people and passers-by alike. Tactile, comforting wondrous spaces to explore and enjoy. Full of real people, real craftsmanship and real indulgence. We are experts in premium goods, a true friend to the community and excellent advocates for treating yourself or someone else to something beautiful and worthwhile.
