Senior Sales Assistant - Nicholls Brecon

We are seeking a rare opportunity for a Senior Sales Advisor in our Nicholls Brecon store. This role will require a motivated and experienced salesperson who has not only the passion to sell beautiful products but also the strong interpersonal skills required to build strong relationships with our customers.

In addition, we require an individual with excellent social media knowledge; as an extra skill vlogging experience would be beneficial, to help build content for in-store marketing.

Responsibilities
- Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
- To create a minimum of 3 social media posts for approval

Retail Sales Advisor (Saturdays) - Nicholls Brecon

We are seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Nicholls Brecon. As a Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with our beautiful Products.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide them with personalised assistance with Jewellery and Clothing
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers

Job Type: Part-time, Saturdays, minimum 4 hours

Salary: £8.50-£10.50 per hour

 

Assistant Store Manager – Nicholls Abergavenny

We have a rare opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager in our Abergavenny Store.

This role would ideally suit an experienced, operationally strong individual with excellent leadership skills. You must be able to positively support our continuous endeavours to improve our customers’ experience.  Furthermore, you must also have the skills to actively interact with our customers through exemplary product knowledge, and the ability to confidently build rapport.

To be successful you will need confident IT skills, the ability to orchestrate an experienced retail team and above all understand what great looks like in customer service, operational support and merchandising.
